Living from within
My working week usually starts on a Monday. Generally after breakfast, I walk Oscar, my dog, along a bush track near my house. During my walk I allow my thoughts to come and go, sometimes noticing themes or topics. This is one of my daily rituals before I can start ‘work’.
Now at my desk, after having some water and a few minutes rest, I’m ready to focus. I sit quietly at a clear desk, just a pen and a piece of paper. This is when I go within to find what needs to be dealt with, by way of communication to you, myself or the collective. Sitting in stillness, at my desk allows words and ideas come to the surface. This is from my inner guidance system, not my logical head.
No time to ‘think’ in a busy lifestyle schedule
The reason why I wanted to reveal my own experience is to show you how to start LIVING FROM WITHIN as opposed to living an external life of busy-ness and doing. This term; ‘living from within’ came up in a conference I was at last weekend, Paradigm Shift. I totally resonated with this explanation. I feel so excited that this is where we all need to place our importance to improve our health. This is called; self-love, self-care and self-awareness which creates self-empowerment. My book, The Mumfit Book, coined the term “self-love motherhood” which also comes from that understanding.
We can be consciously aware of our inner wisdom (gut-intuition) but dismiss it for many varied reasons. The key is to act on your inner judgment. Only you know your body and heart’s needs.
Our external worlds will change for the better if we navigate life from our inner world of wisdom
Our immune systems will be operating at 100% because we can release dis-ease. Illness cannot exist in a healthy body. Our bodies will get stronger physically, mentally and emotionally. People may start to comment on your ‘glow’. That is because your body is now vibrating at higher frequency, which is a good thing.
The stillness daily ritual is like regularly brushing your teeth
Sit in stillness at the beginning of the day to listen to your inner guidance system for direction everyday. Only then can you decide what must be modified to your existing day’s plan, to address the needs of your inner guidance system.
Only your inner knowing, knows what is good for you! x
