Class Descriptions 

Mums + Bubs [Post Natal Fitness]
45 minutes strength and conditioning post natal fitness class plus 15 minutes motherhood wellness support

No babysitters required, baby is safely secure in pram/stroller whilst mummy exercises. This class is for mums who want to regain their fitness safely and progressively after birth.  Firstly we go for a pram walk to warm up followed by circuit style fitness training routines, ending with some specific pelvic floor trunk stabilising exercises and stretching for relaxation.  End of each class, Alison shares motherhood wellness education in a supportive environment for each mother to feel empowered..

Circuit Fitness for Over 45s
45 minutes strength and conditioning circuit class

Whether you are new to exercise or would like to improve your physical strength, agility and endurance, this over 45s circuit fitness class is effective for all fitness levels and abilities. You will be put through the paces in a circuit style format being supervised by the experienced trainer, Alison, for safe technique and motivation to get your best exercising output. Every participant will be performing to their unique body’s ability, progressing successfully every week.

Aqua Fitness for All Abilities – 60 minutes

Suitable for all fitness levels. This aqua class is held in the 25m indoor pool at Nambour Aquatic Centre. The hydrostatic pressure of water will enhance the circulation of your entire body. Sometimes we use noodles and foam dumbells to add more resistance to the workouts. Exercising in water is an ideal environment for those new to exercise, rehabilitating injuries or pregnancy. It is a fun class with motivating music to keep your fitness rhythm in sync.
